Client Satisfaction & Service Commitment:

Your tax satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and value. However, due to the nature of tax preparation and consulting, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is received.


Engagement Process & Payment:


To ensure a smooth experience, we follow a clear engagement process:

  1. Free Consultation: We encourage a free initial consultation to discuss your specific tax situation and determine how we can best assist you.

  2. Engagement Letter: Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed engagement letter outlining the scope of services, estimated fees, and deadlines.

  3. Acceptance & Payment: Please review the engagement letter thoroughly. Your signature on the letter signifies your acceptance of the terms and authorizes us to begin work. Payment is due in full before we commence services.


Payment Policy:

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Online Payment gateway (Stripe). All fees are non-refundable once payment is received.

Additional fees may be incurred for services outside the scope of the original engagement letter. You will be notified of any anticipated additional charges before they are incurred.

We are not responsible for penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
